Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless your invitation specifically states otherwise.

Are children allowed?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only celebration. We hope this advanced notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

What is the easiest way to get to & around San Miguel, MX?

The nearest major airports are BJX and QRO (both about 90 minutes away). The easiest way to reach San Miguel from the airport is by booking a private driving service in advance, which is provided below in the next bullet. As for the Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner, and Post Toast events, the venues are conveniently located within the town and easily reachable by walking, Uber, or taxi (taxi's are extremely safe & accessible). For the Wedding day, all events will be held at the Rosewood Hotel.

How do we get from the airport to the town of San Miguel?

To get from any of the two airports to San Miguel, we recommend booking a private driver in advance. Our most-used and reliable service is BajioGo Shuttle. To reserve your ride, simply email: bajiogoshuttle@gmail.com Include: your flight details (arrival time/date and airport), number of passengers, and your hotel or Airbnb address. They’re extremely quick to respond and will help make your arrival as smooth as possible!

Where should I/we stay?

Within San Miguel there are many options for hotels and Airbnb's of all sizes. If you go with an Airbnb, the Bride and Groom highly recommend you pick a stay within Zona Centro. For all hotel recommendations alongside best places to eat and what to do, please refer to our "Travel & Stay" and "Things to Eat & Do" pages. In addition to checking Airbnb.com, the Bride and Groom recommend searching for stays via Luxury Rental Management.

What is the dress code?

Welcome Party: white party! Fun and chic- wear whatever you want, just something you're okay being filmed/photographed in. Rehearsal Dinner/Post Toast: Cantina Couture- cocktail attire! Ladies- no need for floor length dresses/gowns at this event. Gentlemen- no need for a tie! Wedding Day (Ceremony & Reception): Black Tie Optional- For the ladies, elegant floor-length gowns and dresses are encouraged. Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear a sport coat—no ties required, and linen is perfectly acceptable. Dress to impress with a touch of effortless sophistication, fitting for a celebration in the enchanting Tuscany of Mexico.

What's the best footwear for walking around town?

San Miguel is a very walkable little town, however, the streets are largely cobblestone thus requiring suitable footwear for walking. What to Pack: All: walking shoes/sneakers. Gentlemen: Dress shoes/loafers Ladies: Espadrilles, wedges, heels with both a thick heel and thin heel for varying occasions and terrains, and cute flats.

What's the weather and climate in SMA?

In March of 2026... Mornings in San Miguel de Allende are cool and refreshing in March, with temperatures typically starting out in the low 50s°F. There’s often clear blue sky and gentle sunshine, but it can feel brisk—especially in shaded areas or if there’s a light breeze. If you're out and about before 9 AM, a cozy sweater or light jacket is recommended to stay comfortable. Daytime By late morning and into the afternoon, the sun warms things up nicely, with daytime highs usually reaching the mid 70s°F. It’s one of the most temperate times of year—neither too hot nor too cold—making it perfect for exploring the city, enjoying a long lunch on a terrace, or attending outdoor events. You’ll want to dress in layers so you can shed a sweater or jacket as the day warms up. Evening & Night After sunset, the temperatures gradually drop back down to the mid 60s°F to high 50's. Nights can feel crisp and sometimes chilly, especially if there's a breeze, so bring a warm layer for dinners out or nighttime strolls. Overall, March brings crisp mornings, sunny and pleasantly warm afternoons, and cool, clear nights—ideal for enjoying San Miguel’s vibrant atmosphere without the heat of summer or the rains of the summer season.
